With over 15 years of experience across the Middle East — including Lebanon, the UAE (Dubai), Qatar, and Saudi Arabia — I specialise in organisational consulting, executive coaching, and HR transformation. I’ve supported public, private, and family-owned businesses in navigating complex change, particularly across the GCC.
My work is rooted in clarity and context. I help organisations align their structure, talent, and culture to unlock performance while supporting individuals in finding direction, confidence, and purpose in their careers. Whether I’m facilitating high-impact change or working one-on-one, I focus on what actually moves the needle.
I bring an unusual blend of analytical precision, progressive HR, and organisational development, and people-centred insight. Educated as an engineer, trained as an INSEAD MBA, and certified in coaching, I craft solutions tailored to your challenges — grounded in method, delivered with heart.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, and based between Beirut and Dubai, I work with clients who are ready to evolve — not just perform.
